How long is each session?
The weekly group sessions will be conducted virtually with Zoom and run between 30-45 minutes. The bonus weekly lunch-and-learn sessions (for those registered as a team) will run approximately 20 minutes.
What if I can’t make one of the sessions?
No problem. Everything will be recorded and made available for download. Questions can be asked via email and I will answer them in the following session.
Is this just another silly “team-building” thing?
Absolutely not! No trust-falls, awkward icebreakers, or personality assessments will be permitted. Just the real work on what makes an effective team.
What’s the difference between registering as a leader or as a team?
When you register as a team, in addition to your team leader being able to participate in the weekly strategy sessions, you will also receive an EXTRA weekly virtual lunch-and-learn with me and your entire team. When you register as a team, you will automatically receive one “team leader” registration.
Is there a limit to how many people can be on our team?
Nope. Just one leader per team will be allowed to participate in the main sessions.
When will the lunch-and-learn sessions be scheduled?
At our mutual convenience. If no suitable arrangements can be found, then your registration fee will be refunded.
Will I get access to the final recorded Online course?
Yes! This program is a pilot version of an online course I’m creating. Once the course is completed, you will have full access.
